Why do some homes sit on the market for 120 days & others get multiple offers the first week?   When a homeowner has corrected all issues in the home, remodeled to today’s buyer needs, presented and staged beautifully, marketed professionally and priced just under the market, that is how to create multiple offers.   Instead, many seller’s make the mistake of hiring an agent who doesn’t insist on a few basic things.  For example, cleaning the property, having items packed & moved to storage or your garage, even paint if needed.  In addition, getting the home inspection, and not doing the repairs needed or staging the home.
