In this past week or so, we are seeing a shift in buyers.  If a home or condo is presented well, priced to get offers and is mainly turn-key, there is a line of buyers waiting to write offers.  Recently my team & I experienced an offer that went $100+K over list price in a $1.5 price range.  On another, there were 10 offers in a $900 price range.  We are seeing less days on market and quick closings, 10-17 days on average.  Buyers are coming in strong, listing agents are working their best to prep the homes to market.     If you are a seller and have been on the fence, with this low inventory of ready-to-go homes available, I would take advantage of the buyer frenzy.     Call me if you want a strong marketing plan, well researched analysis on price and truly knows how to prep your home prior to produce more showings, I am your girl.    Enjoy this amazing sunshine, get out and take a walk, take a day trip and witness what the Puget Sound has to offer!   I love my Job!
