MULTIPLE OFFERS ARE BACK!
In this past week or so, we are seeing a shift in buyers. If a home or condo is presented well, priced to get offers and is mainly turn-key, there is a line of buyers waiting to write offers. Recently my team & I experienced an offer that went $100+K over list price in a $1.5 price range. On another, there were 10 offers in a $900 price range. We are seeing less days on market and quick closings, 10-17 days on average. Buyers are coming in strong, listing agents are working their best to prep the homes to market.
If you are a seller and have been on the fence, with this low inventory of ready-to-go homes available, I would take advantage of the buyer frenzy.
