Buy Now or Wait?
Remember back to the crazy market of 2020-2022 and ALL the multiple offers?
I wrote offers $200-700,000 over list price. Waived everything!
Consider our more calm market we are currently in. Prices are lower, we are holding inspections, sellers are taking contingent offers again & the longer days on market may get a lower offer accepted.
The difference between a higher rate vs overpaying for a home as in the past, this market looks pretty darn good to me!
I am on vacation in Boston & Cape Cod until the 19th.
